
Our objective was simple, yet complex: to introduce social media conversion and performance marketing across Digicel Group, one of the largest mobile telecommunications providers in the Caribbean. This meant to launch digital engagement across multiple Caribbean markets while coordinating with a 31-market group structure, and to prove a repeatable playbook that compounds performance month-over-month. Digicel Group spans 31 markets with 14M mobile subscribers across the Caribbean, Central America, and Asia-Pacific. This project was developed and delivered by our founding team with fastforward.ai, bringing digital marketing and enterprise telco expertise that now power higher//faster digital campaigns.
Our focus: raise digital engagement and position Digicel as the mobile brand users choose to interact with - not just purchase from. In the fast-moving, highly competitive mobile telecoms space, that meant building campaigns that could launch quickly, iterate constantly, and scale across markets.

We launched and managed performance campaigns across 6 Digicel markets: Jamaica, Panama, St. Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, Grenada, and Dominica. Hundreds of social media campaigns ran across Facebook and Instagram, reaching hundreds of thousands of users and generating several million engagements.
Remarketing click-through rates hit 47% - 3.2X higher than target. We achieved 20X lower cost per remarketing engagement versus benchmarks, and delivered 4X return on each advertising dollar spent. CTA conversion rates consistently landed between 91% and 95%. We built an engaged base of 100K+ monthly active users across all Digicel markets, with cost per call-to-action as low as $0.01.
Each market launch became faster and more efficient than the last - proving that operational speed compounds when playbooks are systematized.
Key to our success was end-to-end execution delivered by a single accountable team: strategy, creative production, campaign management, and real-time performance tracking and optimization. We built standardized campaign workflows that moved from design to launch in under 48 hours, enabling rapid response to market shifts and promotional windows.
We combined centralized creative production with localized execution, building a re-marketing engine that compounds digital ID value over time. Multi-channel campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger drove users into an engagement funnel - from first-time visitors to returning users to transacting customers.
