The objective was to take the Token Distribution Platform we helped develop, and deploy it in a real-world event environment. For this, we created a comprehensive digital experience for the Crossfit Games. The challenge was designing end-to-end user journeys that would seamlessly integrate NFT memberships with physical event access, ensuring intuitive experiences for athletes, supporters, staff, and business stakeholders. We needed to validate the platform's capabilities while crafting distinct user flows that would enhance engagement across all touchpoints.
A complete product experience that successfully mapped every user interaction from membership acquisition to post-event engagement. We delivered tailored experiences for three distinct user types: athletes accessing exclusive content and event perks, supporters with transfer capabilities and social features, and staff with powerful scanning and analytics tools. The design proved the Token Distribution Platform's versatility while creating a blueprint for future event implementations.
We conducted comprehensive user journey mapping and designed detailed wireframes covering every interaction scenario. Our process included creating persona-specific flows, prototyping complex features like pass transfers and QR scanning workflows, and designing intuitive mobile interfaces optimized for real-time event usage. We developed the complete visual system and interaction patterns, ensuring seamless integration between digital memberships and physical event experiences through the Token Distribution Platform.
