To convert that spend efficiently, we also built and operated a dedicated mobile conversion channel: a Beeline-branded, app-free experience that turned a social click into an activation in seconds.

We grew the channel to a consistent base of monthly active users while driving 77% month-over-month growth across seven months.
Continuous creative rotation held engagement costs at their lowest sustained level, and the conversion channel delivered up to 3x higher conversion rates than existing audiences.
We managed the full campaign lifecycle — planning, creative production, launch, and optimisation — rotating two source creatives into twenty variations per ad set to beat ad fatigue and hold performance.
The mobile conversion channel was the vehicle. An official, Beeline-branded experience that needs no app download and runs free on the Beeline network, it turns every campaign into a single conversion funnel — reach, sell, and serve in one journey, from discovery to purchase in under two minutes. A built-in marketing opt-in let us retarget users with personal offers at near-zero cost, while user-level tracking gave us real-time performance data across every ad network.
